Apatura has won planning permission to build and operate a new 100MW battery at Tealing, near Dundee. Apatura has now received planning consent for five batteries in the last 12 months. It has a pipeline of 10GW of capacity in development.
The company said Scottish Ministers approved the scheme and local authority Angus Council lodged no objections to the proposed development.
