There are just five days left to respond to a consultation about devolving the management and revenues of Crown Estate assets in Scotland to the Scottish Government.The assets in question include renewables, cables and pipelines with a property value of £86.7m and yearly revenue of around £3.2m.
The consultation, which closes on Friday 26 August, focuses on proposals to set up a new interim public body using powers provided in the Scotland Act 2016 to lay a statutory instrument at the Scottish Parliament, which would be completed through an Order in Council.
