Whitbread is adding PV to 70 of its Premier Inns – adding to 88 sites where solar is already installed.  All the installations are being designed and managed by renewables developer, Anesco, with all works expected to be complete by the autumn.

The new installations will have a combined capacity of over 1.6MW. They will raise the total installed solar capacity on Premier Inn sites to over 3MW, with panels fitted on over 20% of the chain’s hotels.

The solar portfolio will be monitored by Anesco’s in-house O&M service, AnescoMeter.
