Real estate specialists Boultbee Brooks and low-carbon evelopers Infralandhave joined forces as Infrabee. The business will develop solar and battery sites across the UK and Europe. The new business says it has 25 sites planned across the UK which are either under development or ready to build, with five expected to connect over the next 12 months and the rest due to be energised over the next three years.
The joint company plans to add European joint-venture partners to local partner Perdix in the Netherlands and it is seeking additional farm sites. It claims the construction phase from empty field is typically completed with 12 to 15 months.
