Two more companies have been issued with provisional orders by Ofgem. Both had given assurances to Ofgem that they would pay outstanding Renewables Obligation bills by 31 October but both failed to do so.
Breeze Energy has been told to pay £486,232.06 including interest. Nabuh Energy has been told to pay £872,200.62 plus interest. Earlier this week, Ofgem issued a final order compelling Gnergy to make its outstanding payment of £673,876.62 plus interest by 31 October
Ofgem can take further action if the companies do not make payment, including revoking a company’s licence.
