Defra is due to publish proposals on emissions limits for small diesel plant shortly and when it published details of the upcoming capacity market auction the EMR Delivery Body specifically warned investors that “installations with a thermal input less than 50MW that become operational after the publication of proposals are likely to be directly impacted”.
