National Grid made some major changes to its annual Future Energy Scenarios (FES) this year.

In the past, one of the axes against which the four scenarios were set out was dubbed “Green Ambition” or “Sustainability”, which indicated how near the UK would come to meeting its green aims. Now NG has given more weight to the achievement of those targets and instead the scenarios consider how fast it will happen.
