The new chair of Xoserve is Clare Spottiswoode. She was director general of Ofgas (Office of Gas Supply) between 1993 and 1998 during the liberalisation of the GB gas market.

Andy Agg has joined the board of National Grid as chief financial officer. He will become an executive director and a member of the finance committee.
