Gemserv has announced the appointment of Alex Goody as chief executive. He is currently Gemserv’s director of business development & consultancy.

Energy supplier Extra Energy has appointed Nick Read chief executive. Read was previously group customer director at Thomas Cook, UK commercial operations director at Vodafone, group customer experience director at Lloyds Banking Group and customer service director at Tesco. Founder Moti Ben-Moshe will take up a new role as executive chairman.
