I’m so tired of energy industry members and SmartEnergyGB talking about how smart meters will allow companies to send accurate bills. That’s what I expect from companies anyway, and I’d rather not pay for the rollout and have an inaccurate – but lower – bill if that’s the whole point of it.

It shows a huge lack of imagination, when there are already examples of how digitalisation and new tech has change life fundamentally.
