More than two-thirds (69%) of energy managers are not aware of energy-management strategies such as demand-side response (DSR), according to new research commissioned by npower Business Solutions.

Npower said curbing energy use and reducing energy consumption to outside peak demand hours will become an increasingly important way to reduce overall energy costs, which are tipped to rise by 40-45% by 2028.
