Utilitywise has appointed Brendan Flattery as chief executive, effective 1 October. He was previously president, Europe, at the Sage Group. Geoff Thompson, founder and current chief executive of Utilitywise, will become executive chairman.

ElectraLink has appointed Stefan Leedham to the new role of governance services operations manager. He will deal with -ElectraLink’s managed industry codes, and design and delivery of a centralised registration service.
