The Interim Levy Rate increases from zero to £0.956 per MWh on 1 January 2017. Suppliers must ensure they have sufficient credit cover lodged by 17.00 on 30 December to meet the rate increase.

BayWa r.e. has sold three of its UK solar farms with a total capacity of 30MW to Greencoat Solar I LP, a newly-established vehicle managed by Greencoat Capital. The projects are located in south Wales, Cornwall and Kent. BayWa r.e. will continue to be responsible for technical and commercial operations management.
