Dear New Power
I refer to the article on Ofgem’s Secure and Promote measures (Secure and Promote: is it in good shape for the future? New Power, April 2017).
I see low liquidity as a bad problem that has actually got worse, though it is just one obstacle new entrants face in the crystal maze that our market has become.
