Greencoat Renewables, the Ireland-based renewable energy company, said there has been heavy demand during the book-building process, and has increased a share issue to €270 million.It will be the first renewable energy infrastructure company to list on the Irish Stock Exchange, and the first Euro-denominated renewable infrastructure company to list on the London Stock Exchange.

EDF Renewables has acquired 11 Scottish wind farms sites with a total potential capacity of 600MW, bringing its development pipeline to over 1GW, including the consented 340MW Lewis wind farm.
